I think it would be a good thing if the ability to close tickets would
be restricted to the release manager. But I think this was discussed
before and seemed not possible/feasible.
I think it would be a good if the form would be as follows ("o"
indicating a place that one may tick, and [...|...] indicating a pull-
down menu):
-----------------
o leave as {whatever it currently is}
o needs work. Work issues: ...
o review: [positive|invalid|wontfix|duplicate]
-----------------
o reopen
o assign to
o unassign
o accept
o (Release managers only!) resolve as [fixed|...]
