See, Ivan, I wasn't the only one who wanted that! I think his rationale is that it would be nice to Command-Tab between Sage and other browser windows; however, most of us are so used to it running from a server in a regular window that (imho) this should be the default. And adding this to sage-bdist is nearly trivial.
