I should have mentioned that the biggest thing that I still want to add is making sws files clickable (well I have that part already—they just don't do anything :-) For that I need something like what is suggested in http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/8473 I've been putting it off because I don't know the notebook code at all and could really use some pointers.
