was a ticket of mine that added singular-3.1.0.4.p6.spkg. However, it has
had some changes I did not make too.
As long as the time stamps of the old and new versions are ok, it should not
be a problem, other than to add a bit of bulk.
Time stamps are irrelevant for the sage build system. What matters is
how the files sort in alphabetical order. In any case, the one that
does get installed is:
singular-3.1.0.4.p6
which is the right one.

Oh, thank you for that. I was not aware of that.
Anyway, it does not look a serious issue and should be easy to resolve next
time. (I think there might be others who want to update Singular too next time).
They will hopefully just make a .p7.
