was a ticket of mine that added singular-3.1.0.4.p6.spkg. However, it has had
some changes I did not make too.
As long as the time stamps of the old and new versions are ok, it should not be
a problem, other than to add a bit of bulk.
Note, I renamed the package and put a .p6, to be consistent with the developers
guide. I removed the date.
Previously people seemed to be incrementing the date each time the package was
modified. I worked out it had been modified 7 times, so should have been a .p6,
so that is why the name has changed more than usual.
