For now, I use the rename_keyword(pointsize='size') so that both
works. I replaced every occurence of pointsize for size in the doc so
that people should forget soon about pointsize. Maybe a deprecation

putting to much pressure on the users to change their code.
I enhanced the documentation for pointsize, added a deprecation
functionality for the rename decorator, and then deprecated the
pointsize keyword (if we are planning on deprecating this option, we
might as well tell the users).
My patch needs a review.
