That one is easy -- it's actually related to what I mentioned in the
Sage seminar on Friday: on Solaris, "which program" apparently exits
with a return code of 0 even if "program" is not found.  So the
problem is that CHomP is not installed on t2 but because of this
"which" issue, Sage thinks it is.

I have a patch; once I run doctests, I'll post it at #8463.
