Good idea!

There are two bugs in conversion (not coercion) for polynomial rings.
They gave me a very hard time when I tried to improve infinite
polynomial rings:
1. http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/5917 Failing conversions
for multipolynomial rings over fraction fields
2. http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7654 Conversion bug in
MPolynomialRing_libsingular

Then there are situations where polynomial computations segfault,
which I find very bad:
3. http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7795 MPolynomialRing
segfaults when getting high exponents
4. http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7794
PolynomialRing_integral_domain ignores Ctrl-C and segfaults

I hope other people like these bugs as well. The problem is that there
are many developers with many different interests. So, I wonder if
there will really be bugs that get more than one or two votes.

Cheers,
Simon
