My vote is for #7736 (see also #7097) -- factoring univariate
polynomials over number fields too often gives stupid results
(reducible factors, factors whose product is not the original, etc).
I am still not clear to what extent this is possible before we upgrade
the pari library (we use pari-2.3.3, the latest so-called stable
release is 2.3.5 and the current so-called development version is
2.4.2).
