You will want to replace /local/jec/sage-4.3.rc0/local/ lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.0.3/libgcc_s.so.1 with your local version of libgcc_s.so. Alternatively, you can set $SAGE_FORTRAN and $SAGE_FORTRAN_LIB to your system's fortran compiler and library. This is caused by the fortran spkg building its own libgcc, iirc.
