Unfortunately, it's not very highlighted, unlike the ticket # and the
title.  Maybe all three should be highlighted?  Actually, since there
would be uniform width, you could switch the order of Status and
Summary on the reports.

Just suggestions; I may be the only one who would find that helpful.
