I agree (at least, making it a set of checkboxes, anyway---a menu only allows one selection, but surely we'd like to specify several areas in which the ticket needs work). I'm just not sure what to put in the menu. That's why I made it a text box for now, until we develop some conventions. Do you have any suggestions for a good set of options? Also, is there a way to make the "needs work" take > a menu for the issue the same as "resolve as?" Maybe using http:// > trac-hacks.org/wiki/AdvancedTicketWorkflowPlugin ? I don't think that plugin will let us do it without more modifications. It does have a similar feature that we could modify, though (the xref feature).
