Please try rebooting the computer and after rebooting let me know if
the problem persists. There is a ridiculously small limit on the
number of processes that OS X allows a given user to start, and maybe
Armand started too many (which may or may not be Sage related).  If
rebooting seems to fix the problem, let me know, since it is also easy
to greatly increase this process limit.
