Looks good, and I hope it will get a broader audience than just that talk (i.e. wiki or dev guide inclusion?) what I would add are some graphics. for example, in your slide about "how alice get's code into sage" i can think of a graph showing how this works. it's easier to grasp than those lines of text. i can do it if you like...
