Should we deprecate (or altogether eliminate) the typeset command? It's defined in sage.misc.latex, and right now it's only imported in the notebook. Essentially the same effect can be achieved by using 'view'. As someone pointed out, there are lots of almost equivalent pretty printing commands, so getting rid of one of them seems like a good idea.
(The details: the definition of 'typeset' is a one-liner with no docstring, and so it can easily be replaced the two places where it is called in the code.)
