Interesting, but the code is under the CECILL-C license which
according to

  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing

is not GPL compatible, neither V2 nor V3. Given that the CeCILL
License v1.1 as well as CeCILL License v2 are what made you chose that
license?
