Bill is asleep, but I am sure I can get an account from him in the

It should drop in the next 18 hours or so. Right now I am finishing up
working on the couple blockers left. Today at 3pm is Sage status
meeting at UW and I expect that various people will go coding
afterwords to get rc3 in shape.
