Mhh, if it is reproducibly 3% (i.e. if this isn't some numerical
jitter and doesn't take into account start up time) I would guess
"#4939: William Stein: massive performance regression to
primes_first_n" might play a role here since your code likely doesn't
improve from using FLINT for example, but that is a guess on my end.
