It's already easily possible.    However, your question as stated
simply does not make sense to me.  Why are you trying to building
again after compilation of a given package fails?  Won't it just fail
again?  Are you modifying the package in the meantime, then trying to
rebuild it?   Could you please clarify your question a lot?  Thanks.
