I think the bug was hidden by another bug in the doctesting framework
where certain words would make the doctests in that docstring
optional. Since that bug was fixed the problems with M2 being involved
in the computation as well as the inconstancy have popped up.
The only other file affected by this was the SteenrodAlgebral, but
that doctest was fixed by John Palmieri a while ago, so all should be
good now.
