Yes, it is a known issue that I did not fix yet. A workaround exists
at #4219, but I was deadly tired so I released 3.1.3.a2 without
merging the fix. It is a blocker for 3.1.3 and I will post a spkg once
I get caught up with life in the next couple hours.
