I _speculate_ that the relationship is that all the editors are also
the authors or big users of M2, and that all code that accompanies the
journal articles is supposed to be in M2.

There is no relationship whatever between that journal and Sage, except
for the funny acronym. I posted this since I've had discussions over the
years with people about having a similar journal for Sage, but they have
not materialized.
