It is located in Passau [at the university] and everybody on the DFN
[Deutsches Forschungs Netz] should see pretty good performance. In
Europe I am getting much better performance from there especially
compared to any US mirror, i.e. 1.5MB/s vs. 8kb/s from some
universities in Italy. But we could certainly use another European
mirror. Harald did mention the possibility of Vienna, so maybe we can
do that.
