Hello folks, it has been eleven days since the last stable Sage release and I can imagine that William is getting jittery for another release. So I would suggest that interested parties meet in IRC Saturday and/or Sunday for some final push to get 3.0 ready for release. What needs to be done?
* General ticket review * #2344: [with spkg, needs review, additional work] python -- upgrade to version 2.5.2 * #2822: PolyBoRi segfault at exit issue * #2851: clean binary install of sage followed by "sage -br" is broken * gcc 4.3 [mabshoff] * MacIntel 64 bit [mabshoff] The usual other things can also help out, i.e. writing doctests and fixing other bugs. For tickets with patches that might need review/some additional work see http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/report/13 Cheers, Michael --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URLs: http://www.sagemath.org -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
