In my humble opinion, except ".. SEEALSO::", "..WARNING::", ".. TODO::", ".. NOTE::", ".. RUBRIC::", ".. PLOT::", "..TOPIC::", which seek for reader's attention,
we should use lower case (by default) for all other directives, following Sphinx community's trend. In particular, "..
