By the way, trying the rhel binary might work for you if you just want a binary: http://sagemath.org/SAGEbin/linux/32bit/ -- William > > Bob > > make[2]: Entering directory > `/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/spkg/build/libfplll-2.1.6-20071129/src' > Making all in src > make[3]: Entering directory > `/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/spkg/build/libfplll-2.1.6-20071129/src/src' > g++ -DPACKAGE_NAME=\"libfplll\" -DPACKAGE_TARNAME=\"libfplll\" > -DPACKAGE_VERSION=\"2.0.0\" -DPACKAGE_STRING=\"libfplll\ 2.0.0\" > -DPACKAGE_BUGREPORT=\"\" -DPACKAGE=\"\" -DVERSION=\"\" -DSTDC_HEADERS=1 > -DHAVE_SYS_TYPES_H=1 -DHAVE_SYS_STAT_H=1 -DHAVE_STDLIB_H=1 > -DHAVE_STRING_H=1 -DHAVE_MEMORY_H=1 -DHAVE_STRINGS_H=1 > -DHAVE_INTTYPES_H=1 -DHAVE_STDINT_H=1 -DHAVE_UNISTD_H=1 -DHAVE_DLFCN_H=1 > -DSTDC_HEADERS=1 -DHAVE_LIBMPFR=1 -DHAVE_LIBGMP=1 -I. -I. > -I/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/local/include/ -fPIC > -I/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/local/include/ > -L/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/local/lib -c main.cpp > nr.h:47: error: parse error in template argument list > make[3]: *** [main.o] Error 1 > make[3]: Leaving directory > `/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/spkg/build/libfplll-2.1.6-20071129/src/src' > make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 > make[2]: Leaving directory > `/home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/spkg/build/libfplll-2.1.6-20071129/src' > Error building libfplll > > real 0m24.276s > user 0m3.280s > sys 0m17.165s > sage: An error occurred while installing libfplll-2.1.6-20071129 > Please email sage-devel http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel > explaining the problem and send the relevant part of > of /home/manningr/sage-2.8.15/install.log.
