That went into 2.8.15 - could you check $SAGE_ROOT/spkg/deps, but it
doesn't always fix the issue. We will upgrade to FLINT 1.0 in 2.8.16,
but it looks like this issue won't be solved for 2.8.15. :(

A workaround seems to be that you should install from a clean shell,
i.e. one where the env variables SAGE_* haven't been set. I have seen
the problem only happen when I had sourced some older sage-env and
moved that install.
