There is a library interface for mwrank too, which I wrote.  It uses
Cython and a C wrapper
library of a C++ library.  It would be much nicer if it were
re-written to use Cython's
support for C++.  When I wrote the mwrank library interface, Cython
didn't exist and
Pyrex didn't support C++.

It's good having mwrank both as a standalone program and via the library wrapper
for various reasons.
