Yes.

I get this:

sage -t  devel/doc-main/tut/tut.tex
          [15.2 s]

----------------------------------------------------------------------
All tests passed!
Total time for all tests: 15.2 seconds

(on a Core Duo, 10.5.1).  In addition, 'mwrank' crashes and drops a  
crash log like the one I put on sage.math.  Go figure.
