William reran autoconf after I patched in some stuff to fix some issue
on OSX. The spkg with the fixes but with the old autoconf build are at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/iml-1.0.1.p7.spkg
You can give it a try and let us know if that fixes your problem.
