New members are moderated. I didn't post FlameGuy's email but didn't delete it either. (Both William and I are moderators. It was addressed to William and didn't think it appropriate for me to delete emails adressed to him, but I did tell him I would not post it for obvious reasons.) I do think it is important to maintain decorum and Iapologize. I'll try to improve communication with William so this doesn't happen again.
