Fortunately this problem is very very easy to solve. Go to http://groups.google.com/group/sage-support/subscribe where you see that one option is to receive all messages as one batch per day (so you get at most 1 email per day), and another option is that you *never* receive messages -- you just read them when you want by visiting http://groups.google.com/group/sage-support/ You should probably only select that you want to receive all messages as they are sent if you are interested in regularly contributing back answers to other people's questions.
