These are the combined download stats for SAGE on the two computers
www.sagemath.org and sage.math.washington.edu since Sunday at 7am,
i.e., over the last three days:

Total: 137.

This means that the rate of downloads after the slashdot publicity
recently hasn't declined (much), which is a good sign.

These are unique downloads and don't include anything about
downloads from the mirrors (e.g., scipy, etc.).  I just checked
my modular.fas.harvard.edu mirror and there were 7 downloads
from there.
