Hello,

with the above patch applied and the update matplotlib package the
cygwin build did finish.

But upon startup sage as well as python complained upon a missing md5
module. Recompiling python fixed it so that sage now start, but this
certainly leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Might there still be
problems with the new singular build?

I am currently running make check and will report back once it is done/
hangs/kills my imaginary gold fish ;)
