This one part of GAP (Leon's C code in the GUAVA package) is not
GPL'd. The license for Leon's code is (as best as I can determine it,
since Leon is hard to communicate with) stated as follows:
"Copyright (C) 1992 by Jeffrey S. Leon. This software may be used
freely for educational and research purposes. Any other use requires
permission from the author.'' I should say it has been hard for
*me* to communicate with Leon. Maybe you or someone else
can get in touch with him more easily. If you can, please ask him
to GPL his code!
