This is because unfortunately for 1 days some files were left
out so clean installs of sage-2.1.3 broke.  You have to delete or move
   /home/jaap/downloads/sage-2.1.3/devel/sage-main
then do "sage -i sage-2.1.4", and the problem will be fixed.
