Yep. This confused everybody! The code to do it is still in the
script SAGE_ROOT/local/bin/sage-sage, but it's commented out now
to avoid confusion. If there is demand for this again it will
be named in much more obscure way, e.g.,
sage -secret_update_option_that_only_david_kohel_has_ever_used
