I think a wiki page in this case is a bad idea.  There should
be a .py file included with SAGE, in which all these functions are defined
and carefully documented.  They should be accessible by typing, e.g.,

    sage: sloane.[tab]

at the keyboard.   They should have examples in them, and get regularly
doctested.   The function names should just be identical to the sequence
names.

Of course -- a wiki page could be generated from such a .py file.
