(1) I personally have no interest at all in being a distributor of CDs for the FSF. (2) I suspect the FSF would lend legal expertise anyways, if we ask them and actually need it (3) I generally view the FSF with a bit of healthy suspicion, though I of course acknowledge that they have done a lot of good.
