A lot of matters mentioned in your document have been addressed by other thematic groups be it built environment or transport or assistive devices. This group needs to focus on the human element and how services are to be provided. It is about creating a code of conduct and spelling out the kind of behaviour which should invite disciplinary action.
Also how respectful interaction with persons with disabilities needs to be part of orientation and training and how every service provider who provides service to the public has to ensure this respectful interaction. Access to physical places, transport, ict, assistive devices and products is needed but not the concern of this group. You need to concentrate on how humans functioning in these places provide the service. Ask for Human Resources, Department of Personnel and Public Service Commissions to be present and engage with your concerns.
