I mean a Flash drive USB persistent to use the Sabily beta (It is better then
the live CD or USB because it saves changes)
Now, I have the Sabily Beta on USB
The Ubuntu transformed to Sabily in a partition for Tests.

Ok, please delete /var/lib/dpkg/info/sabily.prerm:
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/sabily.prerm
and try again:
sudo dpkg --force-all -r sabily
sudo apt-get install sabily
