You shouldn't extract the ISO, but mount it (with daemon tools for
example: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/products/dtLite)
So, have you been able to install sabily using wubi?

How do you mount the ISO? (or did you burn a DVD?)
Try by putting wubi.exe in the same folder as the ISO file (for example:
c:\wubi.exe and c:\sabily...iso)
And send me the log file ;)
