PS: I verified he speaks arabic in his blog, but I'll wait few days and resend

I hope we keep a Welcoming message containing general informations in the FAQ
or in a note and just copy paste it every time someone ask something as how can
I help ? and so on (this msg containing the LP for more details). It would be
easier to answer every one in this case.
I'm still a newly comer and I'll probably ask many questions to understand the
system here, is there a guide for welcoming or should I begin writing The guide
of the new member Sabily in order to learn and to keep it for new members ?
