Note that ubuntu software center is not able to install all deb packages
(sometimes it shows error that it isn't able to install from unknown sources
or something like that) ..
So, try to install it manually via command line :
sudo dpkg -i your-package.deb
Or try to install it directly from source :
sudo apt-get install thawab

Wait...let me clarify that I downloaded the package, and am trying to
install through the center by clicking on it in the nautilus file
explorer.
