Wa alaykom assalem wa rahmato Allah, Yep brother we should do that, for fsool, rejaal and Arabeys Qamoos I asked their author (brother foxoman) to prepare a .po files for them to pass them to sabily translators team to be translated and I am waiting for his response, we should contact for each software his author in private I think :( could you brother take this task if you have time and follow it?
