السلام عليكم، I forgot to mention translations ! Thwab, hijra, sabily and sabily-artwork packages do need translations.
The translations needed in sabily & sabily-artwork packages are for the packaging itself (namely the templates file). I don't know whether other applications mentioned in previous email need translations or not.
