1) Please give me the name & email of the author (and copyright holder
if copyright holder is a different person from author) for:
a] the wallpaper in freshmint
b] the images in usplash theme
2) The license of the images used in usplash theme.
3) Please indicate the changes (if any) that you've done to the images in
wallpaper & usplash theme. That is required according to point 3b. in
CC-NC-SA license
(http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/us/legalcode).
