I would like to know the meaning of the direction parameter matrix, or
how should I set it? If my other parameters, such as spacing and origin,
need to be modified after setting the new direction matrix. Thank you.

Hello,
&nbsp;In the image reconstructed using the FDK algorithm of the RTK
package, the cross-sectional and coronal images were rotated counterclockwise
by 90 degrees, as shown in the following figure.
May I know how to modify the command line to reconstruct the image in the
normal direction? Looking forward to your reply, thank you!
