The win32 community is not so inclined to contribute them, apparently. I
am personally lacking the necessary time/resources to build them.

The binaries currently available are contributed by a company (Laurent
Oget / Predictix), and that might be a interesting model to explore. A
number of rpy/rpy2 users appear to be working in for-profit
organizations, which might want to consider a contribution of some sort.

This mailing-list is the only reference unfortunately, therefore the
best one. Unfortunately, help given on the list did not result in many
contributed binaries.

Note that rpy2-2.1-dev (current tip) is likely not (yet) compiling for
win32.
