Alex & G(reg(ory)?)?, Thanks for the quick (and very impressive) responses. I apologize for not searching the list more completely before posting. I'm the Python guy at work, not the R guy, and therefore not the RPy guy, except when R is about to be upgraded. I heard rumblings today about a proposed R upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.5.1. Some searches for R 2.5.1 turned up so many hits that I quickly tired of picking through them.
